What does "research use only" mean?
All compounds sold through East Coast Labs are for in vitro research and development use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, or self-administration. By purchasing you confirm you understand and accept this.
What purity standard do your peptides meet?
Every compound is tested to 99%+ purity by reverse-phase HPLC before release. Molecular identity is independently confirmed by LC-MS. Batches that do not meet both thresholds are not sold.
Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis?
A COA download link is displayed directly on each product page when a batch COA is available. The document contains the compound name, CAS number, purity result, test method, and analysis date from the actual batch.
How is payment handled?
Orders are submitted first, then payment instructions — including the amount, bank details, and a unique payment reference — are displayed on the order confirmation page. Payment is matched to the reference when received.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking details are attached to your order record. You can view them through your account order history or through the secure tracking link emailed to you after dispatch.
What are your shipping options?
Shipping rates and zones are presented during checkout and vary by destination. Delivery is tracked Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched in discreet packaging with no product branding on the outside.
What if my compound arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us via the support email on the contact page within 7 days of receipt, quoting your order reference. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution in line with our returns policy.
How should peptide compounds be stored?
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, peptides should be stored at −20 °C in a sealed, dry environment, away from light and moisture. Reconstituted solutions are less stable and should be prepared only as needed.
Can I purchase without creating an account?
Yes. An account is not required to complete a checkout. If you do create an account, your order history and address details are saved for future orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently shipping is focused on Australia. International availability is subject to change — check the shipping rates shown at checkout for the latest options.
