What does "research use only" mean?
All compounds sold through East Coast Labs are for in vitro research and development use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, or self-administration. By purchasing you confirm you understand and accept this.
What purity standard do your compounds meet?
Where batch documentation has been attached, the product page shows the reported purity result and supporting method information directly on the record. The quality page explains how that evidence is presented.
Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis?
A COA download link is displayed directly on the product page when a batch COA has been attached. If no COA is attached, the page states that documentation is not currently available instead of implying otherwise.
How is payment handled?
Orders are submitted first, then payment instructions, including the amount, bank details, and a unique payment reference, are displayed on the order confirmation page. Payment is matched to that reference when received.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking details are attached to your order record. You can view them through account order history or the secure tracking link sent after dispatch.
What are your shipping options?
All Australian orders ship by express post. Orders under $200 incur $15 postage and orders of $200 or more ship free. Delivery is tracked and handled in discreet outer packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support as soon as practical after delivery, quoting your order reference and the issue details. Cases are reviewed against the order, fulfilment, and tracking record rather than from a generic script.
How should compounds be stored?
Use the storage guidance shown on the product page as the first reference. Where no product-specific note is present, keep compounds sealed, dry, protected from light, and stored according to the relevant handling requirements for that item.
Can I purchase without creating an account?
Yes. An account is not required to complete checkout. If you create an account, your order history and saved addresses remain available for future orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently focused on Australia. If international availability changes, the latest options will be reflected in checkout and the shipping policy.
