Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on active shipping zone rules. Orders only move into fulfillment once payment is verified. Tracking details appear on the order timeline once the supplier ships.

Production deployment still requires business-approved dispatch cutoffs, carrier commitments, lead-time ranges, and restricted-destination language for the supported shipping regions.
